CLASSES
Our classes are personalized, focusing on individualized one-on-one training. Athletes are taught to understand their own potential and in the process redefine what they believe they’re capable of achieving. Our methodology cultivates individuals of all levels and ages to become well rounded independent pole vaulters who understand when to make adjustments in a safe and confident manner.
We provide two approaches in building a foundation for success. Athletes are able to receive in person technical training or fulltime training programs. Our in person technical training approach occurs and is limited to our privatized 1.5 hour sessions. Our fulltime training regiments extend beyond our sessions. Including customized training plans for plyometric/drills/mechanic routines, sprint/lifting workouts, video analysis coaching, and nutritional lifestyle choices to optimize performances.
